Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel an order as long as the code hasn't been sent: message us with your reference. If you have already paid, we refund you.
Once the code is sent, the sale is final: a digital code can't be taken back.
If a code doesn't work, message us as soon as you can with your order reference and a screenshot of the error. We check the code with the brand. If the code is at fault, we send you a new one or refund you.
