These terms apply to every order placed on Karta. By ordering, you accept them.
1. Who sells
Cards are sold by Karta, an online shop based in Monastir, Tunisia. You can email us at alabaganne9@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
2. The products
Karta sells digital codes from third-party brands, like Riot Games, Garena, Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Roblox or Apple. Karta does not issue these cards.
Each code only works in one region, shown on the card's page. Before you order, check that this region matches your account.
3. Prices
Prices are in Tunisian dinars and shown on the site. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
4. Ordering
To order, pick a card and an amount, fill in the form with your full name, email and phone, then pick a payment method.
Your order gets a reference like KRT-XXXXXX. Keep it: you need it to pay and for any question.
Your details must be correct. A mistake in your email can stop the code from reaching you.
5. Payment
You can pay by bank transfer with the order reference, or in cash in person in Monastir.
After a transfer, upload the receipt directly on the order page. We confirm the money arrived before sending the code. We may also call you to confirm.
6. Code delivery
Once the payment is checked, we send the code to the email you gave when ordering. So you must give an email address that works.
If you pay in cash, we hand you the code in person and you test it on the spot, with us.
7. A problem with a code
If a code doesn't work, message us as soon as you can with your order reference and a screenshot of the error.
We check the code with the brand and keep you posted.
8. Limits and law
Using the code is subject to the terms of the brand that issues it, for example Riot Games or Steam. Karta is not responsible for these brands' rules or decisions.
These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
