The step-by-step guide to buying a gift card or a game top-up on Karta: pick the card, order, pay in dinars and get the code by email.
Buying a gift card on Karta takes a few minutes, with no bank card. Here is every step, from the order to the code.
1. Pick the card and the amount
Open all cards and pick your game or app. On the card's page, choose the amount: diamonds for Free Fire, UC for PUBG Mobile, credit for Steam or the PlayStation Store, or credit to pay for ChatGPT.
Then check the region. Each code works in one region, shown on the page. For the PlayStation Store, choose your account's region: most accounts in Tunisia are set to France. For Free Fire, players in Tunisia are on the Middle East server, the one our codes are for. Not sure? Message us on WhatsApp before you order.
2. Fill in the order
The form asks for:
- your full name;
- your email, where the code will be sent: double-check it;
- your phone number, to confirm the payment if needed;
- the payment method: D17, bank transfer or cash.
For Mobile Legends, there is no code: give your player ID, and we top up your account directly.
After ordering, you land on a page with a reference like KRT-XXXXXX and the steps to pay. Keep this reference: you need it for the payment and for any question.
3. Pay in dinars
With D17
Open La Poste Tunisienne's D17 app, send the amount to our number shown on the order page, and write the reference in the note.
By bank transfer
From any Tunisian bank, send a transfer to the account shown on the order page, with the reference in the transfer reason.
In cash in Monastir
Message us on WhatsApp to set a meeting. You pay on the spot, we give you the code and you test it with us.
4. Send the payment proof
After a bank transfer, upload the receipt or screenshot directly on your order page. The file stays private. We then confirm that the money actually arrived before sending the code. We may also call you to confirm.
5. Get your code
As soon as the payment is checked, the code arrives by email, usually within a few minutes. Then use it on the official site: the steps are on each card's page, for example for Free Fire diamonds or the PSN card.

What if I typed the wrong email?
